Once you’ve booked your travel, please fill out the travel survey also linked below. This will be immensely helpful for us as we get closer to gathering everyone together. If you’re traveling with others, only one person needs to fill out the survey, just be sure to include the names of everyone in your party!
If you haven't started on travel, the closest airports are: Beziers - 45 mins, Carcassonne - 45 mins, Perpignan - 50 mins, Montpellier - 1hr15, Toulouse - 1hr50, Nimes - 1hr50, Girona - 2hrs, Barcelona - 3hrs. The nearest train station is Narbonne.
We are so grateful that the château team will help coordinate taxis to ensure the best pricing and guaranteed transportation for everyone! We don’t want anyone stranded! We will say this again, but please note the taxis are cash only (for reference, from Narbonne station it would be about 12 euros per person if four people share a car)
regarding RIDE SHARE, It’s important to note: while you may be able to book a ride-share to the château (though it’s not always reliable), it is unfortunately not possible to get a ride-share from the château. The apps may show availability, but rides are canceled once you try to book them. Because of this, once we have everyone’s travel details, we’ll work with the château to group guests together so you can share cars and costs where possible.
